At Pegazuz & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.

Return Window:
You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be initiated within this period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that do not meet these criteria.
2. How to Return an Item

Prepare the Return:
Pack the item securely, including the original invoice and any tags. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges:
If you prefer an exchange, please let us know at the time of return. We will process the exchange based on the availability of the requested item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
